What would happen if the sun and its light went dark for a week? Life as we know it would be over. What would happen if the church of the Son becomes irrelevant? The light of the Gospel would stop shining and the world would be a dark place. Jesus said I AM the light of the world and we, by extension, are His light bearers. When does the light shine brightest? When it is not hidden, when the lens is clean, and when it warns of danger and gives security. The church is called to be light.
