Have you ever planted something only to have it die later? My thumb is mostly green but I have sure killed my share of plants over the years. Our enemy on the other hand, is an excellent gardener. Last week he planted Steven in the dirt and this week the seed is flourishing! What are some of the benefits of persecution? It serves the mission of the church, obedience to Christ is honored, our worst enemies become our best friends, and the word of persecution brings joy.
