It is our pleasure to offer Freedom Session / Conociendo Libertad to anyone who is interested. 

Freedom Session is a 20 week, Bible-based program that deals with all kinds of issues. In a nutshell, it is a proven healing discipleship journey for people who are ready to look honestly at how they deal with life’s challenges and discover the abundant life God intended them to live. While it is a 12-step program, it is intended to  address issues of all kinds beyond addictions. So many of us are struggling with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, guilt, shame, resentment, anger, failed relationships, sexual abuse, people pleasing, unforgiveness, and much more.

Freedom Session is a powerful, healing-discipleship journey, inviting you to rewrite your story with a God-inspired ending. Through biblical teaching, small group discussion and personal reflection, Jesus will heal your heart and empower you to live a life of freedom and purpose.

The program is offered in either English or Spanish. In 2026 we will begin again in late January or February. Please contact Lin Kreisz at 612-198-3917 beforehand to confirm a spot. Limited seats are available.
